This process lasted for almost a year, from October 2018 to January 2020. In July 2019, the salary was increased once a year after working, and the salary rose to 3850 yuan. Streamlined head shell
The first power tool officially designed after becoming a full member in mid-October 2018, the front head case was designed to be equipped with the rear case and grip. The head shell was designed in early November 2018. At that time, three head shell schemes were designed, and this one was finally selected. Later, the head shell was equipped with angle grinder, cutting machine, slotting machine and other models, as well as the company's brochure. The main source of the head shell shape is China's CF-400af Fuxing high-speed railway, which has a strong sense of flow, and a gear shaft inside the head shell is also very long, resulting in the head shell having to be so full.

The second power tool designed from the end of 2018 to the beginning of 2019 is mainly Saturn modeling elements. The red button at the back is to hold the grip and press the thumb. Instead of pressing from the bottom, this idea was provided by the customer and was the first power tool to be fully involved in the design.

The second power tool designed from the end of 2018 to the beginning of 2019 is mainly Saturn modeling elements. The red button at the back is to hold the grip and press the thumb. Instead of pressing from the bottom, the idea is provided by the customer. In the end, this shape has been greatly changed because the head shell screw is too long to pierce the chassis.
Brushless 220 Diameter Angle Grinder (Second Draft)
The design from the beginning of 2019 to the middle of 2019 was the revision of the first draft, and the structural layout inside had changed a lot. Resulting in styling modification. Of course, the dust screen on the back side is made by structural engineers.
The last name of the brushless 220 diameter angle grinder is BLG1-230, and the physical customer has changed the color and shape of some components. It is also the first fully designed power tool. Especially thanks to engineers.
Design of Electric Circular Saw with Brush Motor
The mid -2019 design is the third power tool designed. The design date has been forgotten. The design time is 25 days. This product was not completely designed by me. The chassis in the middle of the rear is an old product that has been matched, but in the end this product was not produced.
The rear side of the electric circular saw is mainly designed with a tail shell. At the same time, it must meet the requirements of large and wide bottom and flat bottom, and the saw blade can be just replaced. At the same time, a grip is also designed, and the shape of the grip reference is a distorted shape. The middle case is an existing supporting product for power tools.
The diameter of the saw blade of this product is 300MM, because too large saw blade will be inconvenient to use when replacing it. Therefore, the main function innovation of this product is to increase the contact area at the tail of the casing through a new shell separation method, and the bottom is smoother and more stable when changing the saw blade. But in the end this product was not produced.
Design of Rechargeable Brushless Electric Circular Saw (DS4201-185L)
The mid -2019 design is the fourth power tool designed. The design date has been forgotten. The design time is about 25 days. The electric circular saw protective shell is an old product of the company. I designed the grip and back shell.
Inheriting the characteristics of the third failed electric circular saw, the bottom is widened, enlarged and leveled to facilitate the replacement of the saw blade.

Designed in mid-2019, it is the fifth power tool designed. The transmission shell and drill area of aluminum die casting parts are already matched by the company. I mainly designed other colored plastic parts. But in the end this product did not see production.

At the end of 2019, the design time is about 20 days. It is the sixth power tool designed. The ribs of the front die casting are made of increasing the heat dissipation surface area. After adding ribs, the heat dissipation area increases, which is more suitable for heat dissipation. It is also the second fully designed power tool.
Small brushless cutting machine (design head)
From mid-December of the end of 2019 to January 2020, only the head shell die casting part of the cutting machine was designed. The head shell design is very compact and has been compressed to the extreme. The rendered original image of this design is better than the actual production, and there are some changes in actual production.
After designing the last product, I found that the salary was too low. At the same time, I didn't want to design electric tools. I left my job a month later. There is almost 34000 yuan's money in the bank card.
