不可行，螺纹旋转停止的点是不确定的，所以手表旋钮会在任何地方而不是一定在3点钟方向。

可以做的到旋转到指定位置，这个加工方式已经很成熟，你可以看看现在身边很多日用品的瓶盖都能做得到
