Introduction: Screw Shell Creation™It stems from the thinking about the reuse of huge amount of aquatic crustacean waste in China and even in the world. my country is the world's largest aquaculture country, and the output of aquatic products ranks first in the world. The output of aquaculture aquatic products accounts for about 70% of the world's total output of aquatic products. According to research, every 1kg of oysters processed generally produces 300g-700g of shell waste. The added value of the shell is low, and it has long been regarded as a waste that is difficult to treat. Except for a small amount of soil improvers, chicken and duck feed additives, most of them are discarded on the beach or roadside. The discarded shells are easy to breed mosquitoes and flies, and produce an unpleasant smell under high temperature and sunshine, which poses a serious threat to the surrounding environment and residents' health, and has become an environmental problem that needs to be solved urgently in coastal areas along rivers and lakes.
The project takes the research and development of "bone charcoal material" technology as the core and starting point, involves targeted material production processes and processes, and finally extends a complete product system solution. In this product system, the raw material is a snail shell that should be landfill discarded or inefficient and low-value treated from an aquaculture farm. After being treated with "bone charcoal" technology and the shaping process without adding any artificial adhesive, it can be re-applied to the home planting scene. The characteristics of the "bone charcoal" material are valuable for plant growth, and the product will not pollute the environment after being damaged and discarded.
After the bone charcoal technology is processed, the perishable organic matter is removed, the nutrients in the shell are retained, and the carbon porous structure is formed. The raw materials after technical treatment can be directly landfilled to form long-term carbon sinks; they can be sold directly to enterprises for large-scale soil improvement; they can also be designed for secondary processing to individual consumers. The by-products produced in the processing also have the possibility of feeding back to the processing itself. Shell creation™It prolongs the life cycle of aquatic crustacean waste, improves the environmental pollution and resource waste caused by aquatic crustacean waste, and meets the needs of household planting scenes, so as to achieve the dual sustainability of ecology and commerce.
