The cause of the design is work troubles. It is too difficult to find the size of the factory drawings. A product inspection sheet has about 80 measuring points, and each size has a serial number corresponding to the engineering drawing. Different positions measure different measuring points, but the drawings are the same, with 300 serial numbers of upper and lower measuring points. That is to say, every time the technology department sends a new product, I have to take the serial number on the checklist and look at 100 serial numbers in the engineering drawing to find the corresponding one. Of course, this is still a lucky situation. Sometimes a serial number is there. You can't see him for a few minutes. So after being an idiot for a month, I woke up.
The serial number on the engineering drawing is almost like this. I have simply arranged 100 here because I am tired. However, even 100 can show the effect. You can try to find 19, 59 and 41 from them and see how long it will take you to write them down. Find another small partner, tell him the color interval in fig. 2 and let him find the same serial number, see how long it will take, and compare the improvement of human eye retrieval speed and efficiency.
Of course, this is only a template, and the content can be increased or decreased at will. For example, the color interval can increase with the increase of measuring points in the engineering drawing. However, a color interval needs to be attached to each drawing, or it can be designed as a fixed standard. Everyone only needs to remember the red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple sequence and fixed interval, and add color to the previous drawing. These two are the plans I came up with after more than a dozen kinds of screening, hoping to help you.
