Working principle:
Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves in the liquid, the transducer generates high-intensity shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head through the horn, forming high-frequency alternating water pressure, causing the cavity to expand and explode to crush the cells. In addition, the use of ultrasonic propagation in the liquid to produce a violent disturbance, so that the particles produce a great acceleration, so as to collide with each other or collide with the wall to achieve the effect of crushing, emulsification and separation.
Due to the sound insulation requirements of ultrasonic waves, the sound insulation box adopts sheet metal technology, and the design uses a "U"-shaped window as a memory point, which extends upward to the operation panel to form a concise and unified visual language.
