The purpose of this design is to solve the problem that the vehicle accident in the underwater tunnel can not be discharged in time. When a vehicle accident occurs in the tunnel, because the tunnel is a closed space, the driver's vision and operation space are limited, which is easy to cause subsequent accidents. Moreover, the underwater tunnel belongs to a closed section, and there is no bifurcation road to evacuate the traffic flow, which easily leads to large traffic jams and increases the burden on the traffic system. This design is suspended on the upper part of the tunnel. When an accident occurs, the equipment will identify the vehicle information and transmit the on-site situation to the rear rescue personnel. The rescue personnel will evaluate the degree of the accident and control the equipment to rescue the vehicle, lift the vehicle above the equipment and then separate the lower trailer parts, and finally transfer the accident vehicle out of the tunnel through automatic driving.
