Research Report on the Design of Helmet Headset Modeling and the Extraction and Redesign of Science and Technology Sense Mecha Elements

To reshape helmet audio ecology with modular hard core design, Hertz Industrial Design introduced the first external mecha headset suitable for tactical helmets, transforming acoustic equipment into detachable tactical modules.

• Design of Class A structure
T6063 aluminum alloy frame and carbon fiber composite material are used to build split earhook 12, and the surface of earmuff is cut by polyhedral corners to form a three-dimensional armor texture similar to mecha exoskeleton 4. The rotatable support arm is equipped with a magnetic suction quick release interface, which can be adapted to the rail system of 95% tactical helmets to realize quick installation in 5 seconds.

• Quantum engine sound system
Built-in 10mm magnesium aluminum alloy composite moving coil unit, with dual magnetic circuit drive core, to achieve 1.2T magnetic flux to bring transient explosive force 1. Through the 7.1 of virtual surround sound field technology, the ballistic orientation and vehicle engine orientation changes 3 are accurately analyzed in shooting games. The pulsed RGB light band at the edge of the earmuff switches blue/red light effects with low-frequency rhythm, enhancing combat immersion 24.

• All-weather combat adaptation
The ear pad adopts a double-layer structure of memory foam + ice gel, and is matched with a retractable suspension head beam to realize zero pressure fit when the helmet is worn. Equipped with military-grade anti-wind noise microphone, it filters 90% of environmental noise through AI algorithm, and can still keep clear calls in extreme environments. The fuselage supports IP55 protection level, and the metal frame can withstand 2 tons of pressure shock 2.
