China Yuba industry concentration is not high, but the degree of marketization is high, the competition is fierce. According to incomplete statistics, there are now more than 250 brands, mostly emerging brands, mainly online sales. Among them, Opal Home Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Opal) is the largest manufacturer of Yuba in China, accounting for about 30% of the market share.
In order to meet the diversified and personalized needs of consumers for Yuba products, as well as to improve the performance and aesthetic experience of the products, Yuba products need to be upgraded urgently.
The upgrading process of any product will face the risk of mismatch between input cost and output benefit. The rich functions will definitely increase the cost and complexity of Yuba, but it will also improve the added value and competitiveness of Yuba. Through technological innovation, optimization of design and opening up the supply chain, the cost can be well controlled and the product experience can be improved.

We wanted to create a truly windless bathroom heater, which is extremely demanding for airflow.
* Traditional impeller products, due to the low wind pressure, work well when outputting wind power with a large diameter, and the air supply distance can reach a long distance. However, in the face of the high resistance of the slender air outlet transport, will produce a great attenuation of the wind performance. Mainly in the serious loss of air volume and air supply distance is greatly reduced.
* In order to solve this problem, the most effective way is to improve the performance of the fan and improve the wind pressure parameters to achieve the effect of low loss and far air supply.
* For ordinary centrifugal impellers, the internal airflow direction perpendicular to the air inlet direction and the air outlet direction is very messy, which has little effect in low-speed rotation scenarios. When it comes to high-speed rotating scenes, the intuitive feeling is that huge internal airflow noise will be generated. So we need to find a new impeller scheme suitable for high-speed scenes.
* At present, the three mainstream impeller models are centrifugal impeller, axial flow impeller and the former two combined diagonal flow impeller.
* No sense of wind products due to the wind is spread around, if the wind is insufficient, will cause the airflow will soon be gathered together, making the diffusion effect greatly reduced.
* In order to achieve a smaller air volume loss and reduce noise within an acceptable range, we chose to replace the traditional centrifugal wind wheel with a turbocharged fan. This turbocharged fan is a diagonal flow wind wheel, because of its size Small, light weight, and compact structure are widely used inside bladed fans.
* After a large number of airflow simulation verification and internal air duct structure optimization, this windless heater that can realize high-speed airflow diffusion was born.
