The overall design is based on the intersection of the two balls, adding two connecting rods. It can be used as a dumbbell/kettlebell/push-up stand. When used as a push-up support, it can not only be used as a regular push-up support, but also can train the core strength of the body and help the body shape when the curved surface is used as the bottom surface.
