TIPS puncture kit is a special medical device for transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS). Its core function is to establish a shunt channel between portal vein and hepatic vein through minimally invasive interventional technology, thereby reducing portal hypertension and improving related complications caused by portal hypertension, such as esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding, intractable pleural effusion and ascites.

■ Ingenious streamlined design
With an aerodynamically optimized profile, the instrument body presents an elegant streamlined shape, forming a natural transition radian curve from the needle tip to the grip. This design not only visually presents the exquisite feeling of professional medical equipment, but also effectively reduces the risk of tissue abrasion during operation and ensures the precise controllability of the puncture path by reducing the contact area between the instrument and the blood vessel wall.

■Ergonomic grip system
The grip area adopts a double-section anti-skid design, the front section 1/3 is provided with diamond anti-skid texture, and the rear section 2/3 adopts flexible TPU encapsulation process to form a 3D arc surface conforming to the palm physiological curve. The design has been verified by 50 + clinicians to reduce hand fatigue during prolonged surgery by up to 40%, while ensuring operational stability in a wet environment.

■ Material aesthetics and functional integration
The main frame is made of medical grade titanium alloy, and the PVD vacuum coating treatment presents a low-key gun gray metal texture, which not only meets the requirements of 134 ℃ high temperature and high pressure sterilization, but also avoids strong light reflection from interfering with the operation field. Functional components such as the guide wing are made of translucent PC material, and through the blue-purple gradient coloring process, a visual guidance identification system is formed, and the key structure is clear at a glance.

■ Intelligent visual interactive interface
Integrated triple navigation system on the surface of the instrument: 1. Laser engraved millimeter depth scale (0.1mm accuracy);2. The fluorescent yellow guide groove is adapted to the anatomical structure of blood vessels; 3. Temperature sensitive discoloration indicator ring (37 ℃ trigger color rendering). These designs enable the operator to quickly complete the entire process of positioning-puncture-expansion in a minimally invasive field of vision.

■ Color Engineering Applications
This product adopts a special Pantone color system, the main color is cool technology blue (PANTONE 19-4052 TCX), and fluorescent orange (PANTONE 16-1364 TCX) with warning effect forms functional partitions. This color strategy not only meets the needs of visual recognition under shadowless lamps, but also helps the radiologist maintain concentration through the principles of color psychology.
