But in essence, this method cannot help prolong the freshness of the wine, and the way the cork used for wine is stuffed into the bottle mouth again cannot block all air and odor molecules, and other stored foods in the refrigerator will cause a string of flavors. This is almost a fatal blow to some high quality wines. It is usually put in the refrigerator for two or three days before taking it out for drinking. It is like drinking another bottle of wine.

Before SANTUS, many brands have also developed products for wine preservation. Most of them use argon to keep the wine fresh and use inert gas to isolate the wine from oxygen oxidation. However, this method is inconvenient to use and transport, and consumables are expensive and inefficient.

In order to meet the needs of the growing wine market, SANTUS has developed an innovative oxygen adsorption technology. This technology can use deoxygenation filter element to control the oxygen rate in wine bottle below 0.1, effectively slowing down the oxidation and deterioration of wine. TOALL convex and concave design should be combined with this technical scheme to develop a complete set of structural design and beautiful appearance of low temperature control for SANTUS, as well as the development of control system software.

The wine bottle is placed outside the wine outlet inside the cabin, which not only ensures the constant temperature of the wine, but also facilitates the user to take the wine conveniently. The position of the deaerating filter element is above the back of the machine, which is more convenient to replace. At the same time, the matching mobile phone app can check the temperature in the cabin at any time, control the amount of alcohol taken in a single time, and remind the user of the remaining available time of the deoxygenation filter element in time.

Adhering to the design concept of simplicity, elegance and practicality, the designer used a unibody design language in the overall design of the appearance of the SANTUS Vibra wine intelligent wine matching machine, showing smooth curves and smooth surfaces as a whole, giving people a high-end visual experience.

All appearances serve the function. In the design of the product appearance, the new generation of SANTUS Vibra wine intelligent wine blending machine has higher compatibility, and is also equipped with a wider and higher cabin, which is compatible with the bottle body with a maximum height of 330mm and a diameter of 90mm, and can fit more special-shaped bottle shapes.

On unibody basis, the combination of the front panel and the fuselage uses the concept of suspension, which is visually suspended on the body. The frame is thin, formed by a two-color injection molding process, and is magnetically buckled.

In order to facilitate the user's use and experience, the designer has set the wine and temperature adjustment buttons on the top of the machine. By adjusting the temperature button, the appropriate temperature can be adjusted according to different wine types to keep the wine in the best state. The indicator light corresponds to the state of the filter element, and the bottle body is identified. Wi-Fi, the state of the machine can be clearly understood at a glance when it is separated from the mobile phone APP.

The top of the door panel is concave, and its arc can be compatible with all sizes of wine glasses. Above the concave surface is a hidden mouth, press the wine button, you can easily get a glass of fresh and refreshing, temperature appropriate wine.

Through its own development of oxygen removal technology, SANTUS Vibra can remove oxygen in the air, with temperature control in the range of 8~15 ℃, to avoid the wine liquid exposed to oxygen and unstable ambient temperature caused by oxidation, to ensure the quality and taste of wine. Through the mobile phone APP or small program, you can check the information at any time and adjust the running status remotely.
