This is a cartoon drawn a few years ago. Based on the tragic experience of coins in the cartoon, I wonder if I can improvise the design of a piggy bank.
With the popularity of mobile payment, coins are used less and less frequently, so can the piggy bank itself extend a new meaning of existence? The money-leaking piggy bank was inspired by the hourglass that people often use as a decoration, from the scene of sand falling when the hourglass is upside down to the scene of throwing money into the piggy bank. However, the metal cover with the built-in magnet makes some coins hang in the air due to magnetic force when the piggy bank is inverted, and will only fall off after people shake it lightly, thus changing the interactive experience in the process of saving money and increasing the interest of saving money. The coins themselves also extend the meaning of decorations or collectibles, not just as currency attributes. Although coins are no longer frequently used by people, they contain familiar memories. In the new scene, the function of the piggy bank may extend more meaning, which can be used to educate children about the concept of money, decorations, collections and displays of coins, and interactions like toys.
