Zhongxing New Village takes the earliest British traditional pastoral city as the planning blueprint, integrates the local architectural style, while maintaining rich natural ecology and broad green veins. However, after the Jingsheng and the September 21 earthquake, Zhongxing New Village faced challenges, so it started with the concept of reuse of idle dormitories, and used Guanghua Third Road as the first phase to construct the pilot base of ''Zhongxing New Village Art Village''. However, due to policy and measures, it was a flash in the pan. However, the natural and non-natural disasters in recent years, the demand for psychotherapy and spiritual improvement caused by social changes, etc., have promoted the popularity of non-verbal psychotherapy forms of art therapy, but at present, Taiwan lacks exclusive fields and practical work related to art therapy Training place. Therefore, this design proposal hopes to implant ''art therapy'' through the environmental advantages of the rural city to create a space environment where art workers and local residents can learn from each other, so that the art village can activate the idle space while also assisting The promotion of art and art therapy, and bringing positive forces into the local area, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of "the integration of spirit and life.
