[Brief Introduction of the Author] Ondybo, with 25 years of experience in industrial product appearance design, has been deeply engaged in the field of personal beauty protection and small household appliances.

[Purpose of creation] Traditional nylon brushes are easy to hide dirt and irritate the skin. This design uses medical-grade liquid silicone bristles, combined with ergonomic and sonic vibration structure, designed to create an extremely mild, waterproof and antibacterial high-end cleansing instrument.

[Creation Process] This work was completed in November 2026. The core difficulty of the design is "silicone wool arrangement and draft process". The bristles are designed with a gradient thickness, with a very thin top for cleaning pores and a thick root for upright standing. The fuselage adopts two-color injection molding and silicone encapsulation process, and the edge is micro-arc transition. The internal waterproof structure achieves IPX7 waterproof through the bottom silicone sealing ring.
