Thromboelastography instrument is a new type of blood coagulation and anti-platelet efficacy detection instrument, which describes the whole process of blood coagulation-fibrinolysis with graphics through the dynamic measurement of blood viscosity changes during the coagulation process. At present, CFMS is widely used in clinical laboratory and cardiology, anesthesiology, neurology, blood transfusion and other clinical departments. CFMS is an effective tool for monitoring the efficacy of antiplatelet drugs such as clopidogrel and aspirin after stenting, and the use of Shuai Tai (clopidogrel) can flexibly adjust the dosage according to the situation of each patient, and is a personalized medical tool. Compared with the traditional five coagulation tests, CFMS provides more intuitive results and more contents, with corresponding clinical guidance and suggestions, which is convenient for doctors to formulate medical programs more accurately and conveniently. By cooperating with different detection cups, CFMS is effectively used in many fields such as perioperative coagulation status detection, component transfusion guidance, and anti-platelet drugs (aspirin and clopidogrel) utility detection.
