Current Situation of Domestic Garbage:

In recent decades, my country's urbanization process has accelerated, the number and scale of cities have continued to expand, and the pollution of urban garbage to the urban ecological environment has become increasingly serious. At present, China produces nearly 1 billion tons of municipal waste every year, and it is still growing at an average annual rate of about 10%. The massive increase in municipal solid waste has made it more and more difficult to dispose of garbage. The resulting environmental pollution and other problems have gradually attracted widespread attention from all walks of life. The siege of garbage can be described as shocking.

Garbage is an appendage of urban development. The operation of cities and people produces hundreds of millions of tons of garbage every year. On one side is the growing urban garbage, on the other is the intolerable stench of garbage, which has become a thorny problem in the disposal of urban garbage. Chinese cities with rapid development are suffering from the pain of "garbage siege. As early as 2000, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, etc. were listed as the first batch of domestic waste classification pilot cities. However, more than a decade later, the garbage classification work in many cities is still difficult and has not achieved the expected results.

On July 1, 2019, Shanghai officially began to implement the "Shanghai Municipal Domestic Waste Management Regulations", which is also known as the most stringent waste classification regulations. The new rules require people to put garbage according to the standards of dry garbage, wet garbage, recyclable garbage and hazardous garbage. A fine of 50 to 200 yuan can be imposed on individuals who fail to separate and put domestic waste. Of course, through fines, credit investigation and other ways to "force", the purpose is not to punish, but to guide. Because the big home of the earth still needs everyone to maintain it together.

Among many domestic wastes, it is believed that the problem of kitchen waste is the most prominent. Kitchen waste contains extremely high water and organic matter, which is easy to rot, produce foul smell, and attract pests such as flies and cockroaches, breeding germs, and classification and recycling is very troublesome. Therefore, the classification and treatment of kitchen waste becomes very necessary. The leftover food, melon peel and fruit crumbs are packed in plastic bags every day. If they are not taken out in time or forgotten to be taken out of the air, the air emitted after corruption will be stored indoors and cause pollution. The garbage piled out of the air is placed in the corner of the corridor (as is the case for most high-rise residents), garbage cans and garbage stations emit various peculiar smells, which is even more uncomfortable in hot summer. The property management company must arrange a large number of cleaners to clear them out of the community in time. During the whole treatment process, pollution is everywhere. So, how to effectively solve the kitchen food waste?

In 15 years, we started to design several garbage disposers, hoping to come in handy this time to solve everyone's kitchen waste problem.

Introduction to Food Waste Processor:

The kitchen food waste disposer is a modern kitchen appliance. I believe that there are still relatively few people in contact with it. The machine is mainly installed under the kitchen sink and connected to the drain pipe. The cutter head is driven by an AC or DC motor, and the food waste in the crushing cavity is crushed and discharged into the sewer by centrifugal force. The crushing cavity has a filtering function and automatically intercepts solid food particles; the cutter head is equipped with a 360-degree rotary impact head, no sharp blade, safe, durable and maintenance-free.

It can easily crush food-based kitchen garbage such as vegetable heads and tails, leftovers and leftovers and discharge them into the sewer. The diameter of the crushed particles is less than 4mm and will not block the drain pipe and sewer. It can easily realize instant, convenient and fast kitchen cleaning, avoid food waste from breeding germs, mosquitoes and peculiar smell due to storage, so as to create a healthy, clean and beautiful kitchen environment.

Usage:

1, pull out the sink plug, open the faucet to release a certain flow of cold water;
2. Turn on the power switch, press the pneumatic switch to start the food waste disposer;
3. Pour the food waste that needs to be processed. It is recommended to cut up the waste to improve the work efficiency of the machine;
4. Before turning off the power supply of the machine, please let the water flow continue to rotate for about 15 seconds with a small amount of residual garbage in the machine cavity, so as to ensure that all the residual garbage is completely washed into the sewer;
5. Turn off the faucet and power supply. (One use time should not be too long, about 5 minutes is appropriate)
