The project covers an area of 100,000 ㎡, and its design scope includes overall planning and architectural design. It will be completed by the end of 2018. The project is located in the center of China's historic ancient city of Phoenix, along the banks of the river, surrounded by picturesque scenery and mountains. It is a natural gateway to the old city and the first major river landscape site to welcome more and more local and international tourists.

The planning concept is to place 300 room theme resorts in the core area of the project, surrounded by tourist attractions and good supporting facilities, including cultural entertainment, Miao and Han craft retail area, theme catering and public leisure. It also designs characteristic cultural streets, with two docks and sightseeing boats, streets with waterfall landscape, open-air arts and crafts street, cultural square, water show, bar street and folk hotel street.
