Customer demand: in the material to make the difference of electric toothbrush, the use of melamine material to do electric toothbrush, remove the harm caused by plasticizer to the body.
Design difficulties: melamine material needs to ensure a draft angle of at least 3 (left and right mold clamping is not convenient for waterproofing, and left and right mold clamping also needs a draft angle of 3, which affects the product shape and grip). The length of the electric toothbrush body is basically about 150-170mm. On the premise of ensuring that the product can be demoulded, the toothbrush body can only be made into a radial horn shape.
Melamine introduction: Melamine resin, chemical name melamine, is a kind of plastic, which belongs to thermosetting plastic in plastic. It is non-toxic and tasteless, bump resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance (120 degrees), low temperature resistance, compact structure, strong hardness, smooth surface, not easy to break, strong durability, easy coloring, and very beautiful color.
Solution: Considering the toothbrush grip, melamine material characteristics and processing requirements, the trumpet-shaped body caused by the draft angle is the main visual feature, and an antique electric toothbrush imitating ceramic is made in combination with the morphological elements of ancient porcelain.
