The side table uses the material properties of towel gourd with high strength and hardness as a whole supporting structure. The 3D printing part from the external shape to the internal structure and the hollowing out of the surface is "grown" along the structure and texture of the loofah by a computer parameterized algorithm. The core of this design work is the combination of original natural materials and modern digital molding technology.
No matter how technology and artificial intelligence develop, people and technology should learn more from nature. Instead of saying that "nature" cannot be replaced by AI (artificial intelligence), it is better to let "nature" become an AI teacher and let technology follow Nature.
