When an accident occurs on an expressway, it is a very dangerous work to manually place roadblocks in the high-speed traffic flow, which requires a lot of manpower, material resources and time, and cannot reach the scene in time. And it is extremely prone to secondary accidents, causing more serious personal and property losses. The highway auxiliary robot is designed to solve this problem. It uses the satellite navigation system to accurately locate, so that the intelligent remote control can quickly reach the designated position, and replace the traditional roadblock through laser projection to provide safety warning for the traveling vehicle.
At present, robotics technology has been widely used in various fields. With the coverage of 5G network and the improvement of positioning accuracy of Beidou navigation system, remote control will become more reliable. Unmanned equipment is the trend of social development in the future. Highway unmanned equipment has an effect that cannot be achieved by labor in reducing social costs and improving work efficiency. Highway-assisted robots can effectively improve work efficiency, avoid accidental casualties of operators in terms of safety, and ensure safe and smooth transportation.
This product is small in size and is completed by sheet metal stamping and casting process. The track is erected on the existing highway guardrail to reduce the cost of reconstruction. Through the existing available technology and highway facilities, the accident site safety solution is proposed, which has a strong possibility of implementation and social public value.
