Inspiration:
Traditional sofa bases often use a wood frame, leaving the interior space unused. During packaging and transportation, this space is not utilized and occupies additional volume, usually requiring additional wooden frames for protection. In order to solve this problem, I optimized the design and incorporated part of the sofa into the packaging, so that the base shell has a double protection function. This maximizes space efficiency, reduces packaging steps, improves operational efficiency and reduces costs.

Unique Property/Item Description:
This is a flat-packed sofa that is easy to assemble and disassemble. It is unique in that it converts part of the structure of the sofa into its own packaging, which greatly reduces the use of packaging materials. With a detachable backrest and seat cushion, these components can be completely stored in the base, making the packaging volume only 1/3 of the finished product. This innovation has significantly reduced the overall costs associated with packaging, storage and transportation.
