UNDER-Not Full
/
Some time ago, I used a paper cup to make coffee. Unfortunately, I was scalded and felt uncomfortable for a long time. I always wanted to solve this problem in a simpler way.
I recorded the incident in a flowchart and studied it carefully. It is not difficult to find out what the problem is. Because when boiling water was injected, it was greedy and almost full, and then it was scalded when it was brought back.
Therefore, this problem can be solved as long as users are guided to control a reasonable water level.
The design of the UNDER cup introduces the "short board theory" into the disposable paper cup. On the one hand, it controls the safer water level, and on the other hand, it leaves room for grasping to effectively prevent burns.

This idea is very good, but it is not practical. You can think again. Come on, I like your design very much.
This is a design that treats people as fools. If you pour boiling water for fear of scalding, I want to know who is so stupid and fills the cup? Since it is full, it is not afraid of scalding. I feel that this is the design that has nothing to do with it.
I think I don't have enough water to make a cup of coffee
Thinking about design problems in daily life is worth learning
Are you from Guangdong Industrial Design City?
A corrugated sleeve will solve it,
I feel that instead of solving the problem, I have created more problems.
Take the liberty! How do I feel more easily scalded, what's the difference with the old one? You can burn at 60 degrees. This cup of wall is not strong enough. It is easy to get rid of. If it is 100 degrees of water, water vapor should be in the 120. Isn't it easier to burn and flow out of the seam?, is the extra material a waste? Don't you have to watch when pouring water? What is the improvement between this and the old cup? On the contrary, it brings a lot of problems!
This kind of plastic teacup has been available for a long time (there are awards), and the gap can just tighten the drop of the tea bag
This is not good, every time you use it, you have to look at the direction, otherwise it will flow everywhere!
In this way, the design of the cup mouth is not a closed ring. Is the paper cup easy to deform under the force? If it is to control the water level, you can directly make a hole in the place where the paper cup is the best water level. It is easy to process and the paper cup is relatively not easy to deform.
Simplicity is not simple

Only thinking can lead to good design
Visual inspection shows that this gap is a bit deep, will it be better if it is shallower? it is good to hang the thread of the disposable tea bag
