Space, etc. In these scenarios, the mold temperature machine is one of the indispensable important equipment.

Mold temperature machine is a widely used equipment in the industrial field, it can provide precise temperature control for the mold, thereby improving production efficiency and quality. The design concept of this mold temperature machine focuses on practicality and ease of use. In terms of appearance design, we adopt a simple and generous design style, with modern color matching, not only beautiful and generous, but also easy to integrate with the production workshop. In order to facilitate user operation, we designed an easy-to-use interface. The obvious logo and easy-to-operate layout enable users to understand the function of each button at a glance. The high-definition digital display screen can display the temperature, operating status and other information of the device in real time.

We participated in the industrial design of the mold temperature control machine, according to the target market and customer needs, understand the customer's company philosophy. In the design, the element of "wheat ear" is taken, and the heat dissipation hole is simplified into an upward growing wheat ear by extracting the element, which implies the yearning and hope for a better life. And then green will be the product color segmentation, so that the product in the visual more overall, atmospheric. In terms of materials, we use corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials to ensure that the equipment remains beautiful and practical after long-term use.

In terms of materials, we have selected stainless steel plates and cold-rolled plates. Stainless steel plate has the advantages of heat resistance, low temperature resistance, good corrosion resistance, not easy to deform, not only enrich the appearance of the product, but also reflect the industrial style of the equipment. Cold-rolled plate has good performance, cold-rolled plate size accurate, uniform thickness, high flatness, high surface finish, at the same time has the characteristics of high stamping performance and non-aging, low yield point.
