In view of the waist load problem and body posture requirements of pregnant women in the middle and late pregnancy, a friendly assisted flexible exoskeleton is designed. By studying the physiological characteristics and daily behaviors of pregnant women, accurate force analysis is carried out, key force nodes are established, the assist mechanism is determined, and the configuration design is carried out.
In terms of function realization, micro-motors, flexible ropes and elastic fabrics are used to provide assistance to help pregnant women reduce the burden of bending down and sitting down. At the same time, the weight of pregnant belly is dispersed through reasonable strap structure design to relieve waist pain and spine burden.
In the body-fitting design, soft filling materials and memorable materials that can fit the human body curve are used to support the waist and back of pregnant women, and soft mesh materials are used to ensure comfortable wearing.
In terms of design aesthetics, through appropriate CMF design, the sense of technology and care are combined, champagne pink and dark gray are used for embellishment, and the overall structure mostly uses curves and arc characteristic lines to reflect female characteristics and conform to female aesthetics.
