Fasetest unmanned water quality monitoring ship is a water surface mobile platform designed based on an innovative optical water quality monitoring sensor. The characteristics of its mobile cruise can greatly compensate for the long time-consuming, small area and high price of traditional water quality monitoring. Unmanned ships equipped with sensors cruising in the river basin can conduct a tour to realize the traceability and management of pollution sources.
The parts I have done in the project are: unmanned ship appearance design, unmanned ship internal structure design, unmanned ship operation interface design, water quality monitoring instrument APP interface design. In the appearance design, the extended surface is convenient to lay solar panels. Based on this functional requirement, various appearance designs have been carried out. Structurally, because the sewage discharged by the factory will float on the surface of the river, and the instruments can also be collected on the water surface, the double-propeller surface ship design is adopted instead of the five-propeller submarine design. Sensors are placed in another cabin on the abdomen to ensure the waterproofness of the hull. Structurally, the reinforcement design is adopted to increase the structural strength of the hull and make it not easy to damage. The APP interface is an upgrade and revision of existing products to meet actual needs.
