In the field of environmental protection, when sampling low-concentration pollution sources for fixed pollution sources, four parts of low-concentration sampling head, filter membrane, stainless steel mesh and aluminum foil ring need to be assembled together. The original method is: press with a flat edge pressing shovel, put the stainless steel mesh, filter membrane and low-concentration sampling head into the aluminum foil ring in sequence, press one side of the aluminum foil ring with a flat edge pressing shovel first, keep the downward pressure of the flat edge pressing shovel, and rotate the low-concentration sampling head in one direction until the aluminum foil ring is completely pressed on the low-concentration sampling head. The finished product obtained by the above method has poor sealing performance, low pass rate, and consumes a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources.
The equipment consists of four parts: the main body, the base, the clamp, and the handle. The four parts are connected by threads and shafts. When in use, the aluminum foil ring, stainless steel mesh, filter membrane and low concentration sampling head are placed on the filter membrane seat in sequence. The user presses down the handle, drives the clamp to regenerate, and presses the low-concentration head tightly. When the user releases the handle, the clamp is released to obtain the low-concentration sampling head directly used by the user. During operation, only the aluminum foil ring, stainless steel mesh, filter membrane and low-concentration sampling head need to be put into the center of the filter membrane seat in turn, press down the handle and release the handle to obtain the assembled low-concentration sampling head. Convenient and fast, easy to learn, and good compression effect.
