Outdoor/emergency radio designed in 2018 (during the tenure of Jiajian Geometry)

The product took three years from design to market, and our design follow-up also accompanied and led the production of product photography and video content. (Part of the video content is produced by an external team)
Our independent team also started from this project and gradually focused on outdoor product design, providing users with extreme product design with enthusiastic exploration spirit and design attitude.

The climate is unpredictable and ubiquitous. A device used to warn the weather itself is not afraid of weather raids is the minimum.

The strong and anti-build appearance is the cornerstone of dealing with the complex external environment.

Compact: It is a more important trait than small. Wild boar is big, but there is no fat.

Passenger pigeon: A North American species that resembles a pigeon. It is good at long-distance endurance flight, has the typical direction recognition ability of the pigeon-like order, and has a compact body.

He once flew in North America with a population of 5 billion, and was hunted down by humans.

The last captive passenger pigeon died in the Cincinnati Zoo on September 1, 1914, representing the extinction of the passenger pigeon on the earth.

This design commemorates this historical species with endurance, perception and compact qualities, and names it a passenger pigeon (Ectopistes migratorius)

LEEHOOS EM-1GTX

Based on the LEEHOOS's familiarity with North American users, EM tries its best to avoid spatial redundancy in the design language and adopts a hardware stacking method as compact as possible. The formalistic modeling elements are eliminated at the appearance level, and each shape fluctuation comes from the thinking of the use environment and functional experience.

The rugged sun print allows the product to minimize scratches left by debris and gravel in a harsh environment.

Reasonable hardware stacking and functional layout allow EM to have a more compact and concise shape, whether it is stuffed in a backpack or in a pocket, it will not be scratched around due to the strange shape.

In order to cope with muddy environment, EM uses keys with deep texture, and the design of texture is different from the definition of keys. In addition, thanks to the sunken design of the whole operation panel, even if the top solar panel is frequently exposed to the sun and charged, the screen can avoid direct ultraviolet rays, improve the service life of the product, and make the product have stronger vitality in the outdoor long-term market.

The neat and summarized design makes EM have IPX6 waterproof grade, allowing users to regain warm light at any time in the changeable outdoor climate.

For the consideration of the disassembly line: the adequate movement gap will make the product look stronger, while the detachable handle gap that is small or even a little tight can prevent the handle from falling out of the main body by itself, so as to avoid uneasiness for users in the wilderness or danger.

Based on the awe of production engineering, our consideration of each ID detail will be deeply combined with the mass production criteria to ensure that what you see is what you get in ID presentation, and the shrinkage that may be caused by each appearance is within our expectation.

The production process is also an important stage for us to implant thinking. Even if the same dish is used, the taste of more salt and less salt will be completely different. The chef is the best tasting person before the dish is served.

The unique aluminum alloy lug design allows EM to be hung in a hammock or tent and used as a camping light

The hanging ring is also the booster knob of the waterproof bolt. The wide stress area makes it easier for users to unscrew the waterproof cover plate.

The built-in battery, input and output ports and other external interfaces are summarized in this waterproof cover plate fixed by metal bolts to avoid miscellaneous and chaotic exposed interfaces being attacked by the external environment.

The dynamic hand-cranked power generation indicator allows users to rekindle their hopes -4 warm yellow lights will run slowly with the work of the hand-cranked generator, and feed back the charging status in real time.

However, a separate solar feedback lamp can intuitively reflect the effective state of the solar charging panel and prevent users from falling into the suspicion and panic of whether it is working properly.

The white spotlight and warm yellow floodlight are integrated into the left concave lampshade at the same time. There is no redundant decoration design.

The same side summarizes the two kinds of lights to meet more demand scenes with concise design language.

The square section makes the product more stable and safe when standing on the ground.

Even the undulating rocky ground allows users to listen with peace of mind

We try to avoid redundant decorative designs.
