This project is an original research and development of industrial design, aimed at business office, home tea, new Chinese light luxury consumers. In view of the pain points such as homogenization of the shape of the market health pot, strong plastic feeling and lack of product texture, the visual system of high-end tea cooking utensils is reconstructed. The split layout of the base glass pot is adopted, which combines modern minimalism and oriental tea ware aesthetics. Through material collision, precision metal trimming and vertical grain texture, the sense of advanced utensils is shaped, and the cheap small household appliances are jumped out of the inner rolling track to create high-end tea cooking and health care equipment suitable for tea rooms, study rooms and desks.

Design ID Innovation – Shaping a Formal Language
The kettle body is made of trapezoidal transparent high borosilicate glass, and the vertical ribs on the inner wall are integrally formed. The light passes through the vertical ribs to form scattered light and shadow, giving the transparent shell hierarchical texture and distinguishing ordinary smooth glass pots. The smooth oblique cut kettle body is matched with an integrated handle to restore the elegant proportion of the traditional teapot. The base is made of a square and slightly rounded box body, and the fine rose gold metal frame is wrapped along the whole line. The front is equipped with a metal knob in the center of the dot matrix digital display screen, and the knob control conforms to the ritual feeling of the tea ceremony. The bottom is embedded with a fine grille decorative belt, which horizontally balances the visual center of gravity, and the upper and lower layered structure is clear and restrained. The overall implementation of the "less is more" light luxury design logic, remove redundant decoration, rely on the proportion, material, light and shadow to create a high-level texture.

One environment design plans three main color matching, covering multiple space scenes:▫Walnut wood grain style: warm log texture, suitable for new Chinese style, tea room, log style home;▫Deep space blue: low saturation matte dark blue, suitable for modern luxury, business office space;▫Ivory white is pure and soft, suitable for cream style and minimalist desktop scenes. The whole system uses rose gold metal rims as visual clues to enhance refinement and form a series of identification.

Ergonomics and Mass-Production Implementation Design
Knob ritualized interaction In one context, the rotary knob dot matrix digital display interaction scheme is selected to distinguish popular touch keys. Rotary adjustment mode, constant temperature duration, re-engraving tea machine operation feel; The dot matrix rest screen numbers are hidden, and the appearance of the base is complete and tidy during standby.

Structural stratification process planning glass pot, stainless steel tea filter, metal edging base modular split; The vertical grain glass of the pot body adopts an integrated hot bending forming process. The metal decorative ring of the base is snap-fitted to simplify the mold structure. Built-in detachable and lengthened tea filter fully releases the tea flavor and takes into account the diversified needs of scented tea, health soup and old tea stewing.

Core Reflections on the Design of a Single Realm
The health pot is not only a heating appliance, but also a carrier of contemporary desktop tea space. We abandon the noisy and complicated decoration and build a quiet tea drinking atmosphere with glass light and shadow, metal lines and warm materials. The modern minimalist industrial language is integrated into the oriental tea cooking scene to realize the unity of electrical functionality and aesthetic value of tea utensils.
