The design started in my first year of high school. At that time, I left home and lived in school for the first time. It was really bad for a person who had never washed clothes. I thought that I could draw a picture of a cat and a tiger after buying soap and brushes. However, the dormitory in the school did not have a reserved laundry space, only a space on the balcony floor could be used to spread clothes and wash. There are 10 people in the dormitory... Every time you wash clothes, you have to squeeze time to grab territory. So some roommates began to spend money on public washing machines, but I was not on this team because I was a bit of a cleanliness freak. I had seen the inside of the washing machine a few years ago and it was disgusting. In this way, I fell into trouble. At the same time, I was lost in thought. Why do I have to use a brush to wash clothes? Why can the washing machine clean clothes? Later, I began to search for various ways for people to wash clothes manually on Baidu. The laundry methods found were really various. But I did wash the clothes, and then I began to study what washing depends on. According to my own investigation, the stains of dirty clothes are divided into two categories, one is the insoluble stains of dust particles, and the other is the chemically soluble stains of oil.

Dust stains are especially difficult to remove. Due to insoluble, we can only rub and wash the stains on the fibers in a targeted way under normal circumstances. However, if the scrubbing method of oil stains is not good, we can only rely on the quality and concentration of laundry detergent. The reason why the washing machine can wash clean clothes to a large extent depends on the quality of the laundry detergent. The washing machine plays a more auxiliary role. When working, the internal water flow repeatedly scour the surface of the clothes to enhance the dissolution of the solvent on the oil.
People's impression that the washing machine cannot wash clean clothes also comes from this. The clothes of ordinary workers are both oil and dust stains. The inferior quality or less addition of laundry detergent has a great impact on the cleaning effect of oil stains. Then dust stains are difficult to remove because the clothes rotate along the water flow during the washing process, so the force is generally difficult to remove.
But now people's clothes are rarely dusty, most of them are oil stains in daily life. Following this idea, I started the experiment of manually simulating the washing machine, but the effect was not ideal, mainly the waste arm... After all, this is a joint, not a motor, so I began to try a variety of ways to wash clothes, leaving behind the best way as my own laundry method.

The above picture shows the way I used to wash clothes from Senior high school to college. In fact, it is similar to washing clothes with foot on, but there are differences. The efficiency has increased and the potential safety hazard of foot on is less, and the embarrassment of washing underwear with feet.

Later, one day I was tired. When I was washing clothes, I thought that the efficiency of finger pressing was still a little poor. Can I improve the direct product to improve the efficiency. Then I designed a manual washing tub, which is actually very simple. Ordinary people can realize the principle by buying two buckets, one for the outer bucket and the other for the inner bucket. There are several small holes under the inner bucket to drain the water when squeezed. The only difference is that the height of the inner barrel made by oneself is not enough to press hands easily, and the small hole at the bottom is easy to crack without reinforcing ribs. Later, when I was in my third year of high school, I couldn't let go of my busy thoughts. I forgot this design. Now I think of it again in my spare time, and I have slightly improved the semi-finished products before.

The difference from the early initial design is that the outer barrel has changed from a cylinder to a half cone, in order to achieve a more labor-saving way.

Finally, I would like to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of the design: it is better to wash clothes at one time without exceeding the 1/3 of the outer bucket, otherwise the washing effect will be reduced. second, it is not suitable to clean airtight clothes, such as leather coat windbreaker, etc., and it is difficult to press water through the fiber hole, so it is still honest to do it.
Advantages: simple structure, low production cost, labor-saving use, green environmental protection, water saving, cleaner and more effective laundry, because there is less water added in the process, the concentration of laundry detergent is high, and the principle is more efficient, and the water flow is directly used through the fiber hole.
