Research background:
With the continuous development of skateboarding and the continuous improvement of user needs, the functions of skateboarding products are gradually diversified. According to the different functional requirements and site requirements, the product categories are more diversified, and the functions of skateboarding are no longer limited to a single sports product. With the integration of mechanical and electrical suit, electric skateboard came into being. In addition to the sports of the general skateboard, the electric skateboard has great advantages in power, control mode, adaptability of multi-terrain and so on.
Design expression:
Starting from the modular construction, combined with the application of intelligent sensing technology and electromechanical control technology, through the design and research of the use of electric skateboards in multi-terrain environment, the combination of commuting and multi-terrain motion functions is realized to meet the needs of users for such products in sports entertainment and transportation.
Use Scenario:
In the commuter mode, the electric skateboard needs to load the handle lever on the basis of the sports electric skateboard to better control the direction of travel. The lower end of the handle rod needs to be connected to the middle of the wheel bridge to facilitate the control of the steering of the tire and make its operation more flexible.
In the multi-terrain motion mode, the modular components of the electric skateboard are discussed in combination with different terrains:
(1) In hard terrain, product usage scenarios include highway terrain and specific fancy venues. In terms of the height of the board bridge, it can be seen from the investigation and analysis that the height of the board bridge in the fancy site is higher. In the design, it is intended to design the board bridge into an adjustable board bridge, which can meet different usage scenarios through the adjustment of the board bridge height.
(2) Under the grassland and mud terrain, the high slab bridge is adopted to meet its passability under the grassland and mud terrain. The tires have stronger grip and greater power, so the wheels adopt a replaceable modular design to meet the needs of different terrains.
(3) in the snow terrain, the use of low plate bridge form, replace the wide tire, increase the track wheel module, increase the snow touch area. Improve the grip and ensure its smooth operation on the snow surface.
Structure display:
The whole product is composed of two parts: the basic component and the module assembly. The basic component is the main part of the product and is the basis of the module construction, mainly including the drive module, the sensor module and the skateboard frame.
The drive module includes a four-wheel drive hub motor to provide a power source for the product. The sensor module includes a gravity sensor, a pressure sensor, and an attitude sensor. The gravity sensor is used to control the start of the product; the pressure sensor senses the pressure change of the board surface, and controls the acceleration, deceleration and steering of the product; the attitude sensor is used to maintain the balance of the product. The skateboard frame includes an adjustable bridge, an adjustable tie rod, a shock absorber, a steering swing arm, a steering tie rod and a plate frame. The module assembly includes a replaceable hub module, a track wheel module, and a handlebar module.
Adjustable skateboard rack:
Including plate frame, adjustable plate bridge, adjustable tie rod and ball head screw. The plate frame is used as a connecting part with the plate and crawler wheel module to play the role of fixed connection. The adjustable pull rod pulls the front and rear ends of the adjustable bridge to change its vertical distance. After rising or falling to a limited height, the height of the bridge changes, and the distance from the ground of the lower plate surface changes accordingly. The product also completes the conversion to a special terrain usage scenario. There are four ball screws on the bridge in different directions, and it is connected and fixed with one end of the adjustable pull rod.
Steering arm:
Including steering rod and steering swing arm, control the overall steering of the skateboard. The steering rod is used with the handle rod. The end of the handle rod can be fixed in the hexagonal hole in the middle of the steering rod. Combined with the steering swing arm, it can directly control the steering of the wheels and realize the transition to a commuter electric skateboard.
