The participating device overcomes the problems of low feed concentration, high cost, low concentration of fermentation materials, straw floating and crusting, and long residence time in the existing straw biogas project. On the premise of absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad, the device has finally reached the domestic leading level after three years of continuous small-scale, pilot-scale and expanded pilot-scale verification and continuous design and implementation improvement. The device mainly includes the main body of the fermentation tank, the feeding device, the horizontal mechanical stirring device, the temperature control system and the scum hydraulic forced circulation system. The feeding device and the scum hydraulic forced circulation system are arranged on the upper part of the main body of the fermentation tank, the horizontal mechanical stirring device is arranged inside the main body of the fermentation tank, and the temperature control system is arranged on the side wall of the main body of the fermentation tank. The crushed straw material is transported to the main body of the fermentation tank through the feeding device and stirred by the horizontal mechanical stirring device.
