The design of butterfly cushion is a more purposeful competitive design. In the middle, the mold was modified once due to the problem of user experience, which led to the recent listing stage. At the beginning of the design, we bought back all the cushions on the market to do experience tests for different groups of people, and carried out classification and differentiation of products. Simply put, the products with comparative advantages in the current market are two types of products with strong functionality and differentiated shapes. There will be a market opportunity point between the two: the functional shapes are ordinary, and the user experience with strong modeling design is not good. After clarifying the market entry point, the design and development of the product was carried out. In the end, the internal experience and visual score basically reached more than 90 points, and the listing cycle and listing plan were formally determined.
