Intelligent crane remote driving cockpit for intelligent crane remote operation system for ergonomics research and design. The application of 5G technology to improve the overall remote operation of the image transmission quality, reduce the delay. Through the modular design of components and ergonomic design, the operation experience of the crane equipment is more comfortable and humanized, the operation load of the operator is reduced, the operation efficiency is improved, and it also provides sufficient expansion for adapting to different equipment.
In the future, with the further development and popularization of assisted driving or unmanned driving technology, drivers can complete driving tasks in various scenarios only through a simple remote control cockpit, which not only makes driving tasks more comfortable, but also safer. Application scenarios include and are not limited to long-distance logistics and transportation, crane platforms, construction sites, mining, road construction, etc.
The key points of the design are as follows: 1. According to the applicability design of different application scenarios, the remote cockpit must have modular design and replace the control equipment for different driving tasks. 2. Ergonomic design and humanized design make driving tasks more comfortable and relieve driver fatigue. 3. Human-computer interaction design, through sensors, audio, visual ar and other means to clearly feed back the actual situation of the driving scene to the user, and assist the user to complete the driving task
Based on the above data, I participated in the design of an intelligent remote driving cockpit, and based on the data of the previous field investigation and collation of the crane and the data of human-computer interaction and ergonomics, I designed the crane remote control module and the control ui interface of the cockpit, and realized the docking interaction between the module prototype and the simulator on the crane simulation platform. Later, the control module will continue to be improved.
