The disabled without hands account for 1/10 of the disabled population, which is a huge group. Oral diseases are the most common non-communicable diseases, affecting people throughout their lives, leading to pain, discomfort, disfigurement and even death. According to the 2016 Global Burden of Disease Study, it is estimated that half of the world's population (3.58 billion people) have oral diseases, of which dental caries (tooth decay) is the most common problem. Through investigation, the existing electric toothbrush products are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of different treatment methods are explained. Various dental appliance cleaning related products have been studied, and compared and analyzed from the aspects of appearance, principle, structure, speed, color, advantages, disadvantages, users, prices, etc.; investigated the teeth cleaning treatment methods of the hand disabled group And related influencing factors, and the use of existing dental appliance cleaning products of target users, summarized the relevant needs of users, therefore, a solution to optimize the tooth cleaning of such special groups is thought.
