Minute Clinic is a new type of offline clinic consultation facility promoted by the government, which can provide remote diagnosis and treatment services for users. In the early stage of the project, the user's medical treatment process was systematically combed and analyzed, and the complicated medical treatment process was streamlined, and this was used as the design basis. The novel product concept and unique positioning are an important step in the integration of online and offline in the new health care retail industry.
