Introduction: As a typical handheld medical product, the implant detector can help dentists to automatically detect the exact location of the implant. At present, China's implant detector market is full of many similar products with uneven design level and uneven technical level. After completing the consumer's functional demand for the product, the manufacturer pays more attention to the profit brought by the product, resulting in various design problems of the product.
This research and exploration are aimed at the lack of domestic dental intelligent products, and the design of dental implant tools-oral implant detectors in dental surgery. The design of medical products must first adhere to the principle of practical priority, and the doctors are in the process of surgery. The fatigue degree is studied, and the anxiety and fear of patients undergoing dental surgery are explored. For the product itself, the shape and size can satisfy most of the design objects without causing physical and psychological harm to the human body, including satisfying the user's gender, age and training level, etc., so that the scope of application is large. The selection of materials needs to consider the expected purpose of the product, to avoid compatibility and contamination problems with the drugs or objects in contact with it, so that pollution is not appropriate. The operation activity space and operation state of the product design should be completed within the reach of the hand to prevent muscle damage caused by improper posture of the product and conform to the operation habits. In order to prevent and control hospital infection and ensure that hand-held medical products meet the aseptic requirements, the products are designed as manually disassembled as possible to meet the requirements of easy cleaning and disinfection of parts and convenient cleaning. At the same time, the comfort level of handheld products is explored, and different modeling sections and curves are explored for different feelings of comfort during use.
Try in personalized design, for this medical product, try to use the curve shape to achieve a breakthrough, change the metal sense of conventional equipment, serious sense, hope to make patients feel a certain affinity during the operation, reduce their anxiety. In terms of product interface, a form of interface semantics is used to fit the actual use. The interface modeling imitates the actual use situation, making the whole detection process more vivid and specific. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the operation, try to avoid product contamination through the design of non-concave and flat shape. Try to maintain a high degree of hygiene and safety during the operation.
