The station terminal handling robot is a special robot for material palletizing in chemical, feed, food, medicine, white goods and other industries. The robot has a load of 130kg and adopts a unique cylindrical coordinate parallelogram four-degree-of-freedom structure. The four-degree-of-freedom motion is completely decoupled, and the motion is simple, flexible and efficient. The robot arm is made of high-strength aluminum alloy material and is lightweight designed to ensure the high dynamic motion performance of the robot. The robot controller adopts a distributed double-layer motion control architecture based on industrial real-time Ethernet RTEX, and realizes the transmission of motion instructions and fault diagnosis through a 100M high-speed network, thus improving the reliability of the control system. Through the lightweight design of the body mechanism, the unique asymmetric S-shaped speed curve motion planning and dynamic feedforward compensation vibration suppression methods, the robot's motion speed is improved, and the robot's working beat can reach up to 1280 times/hour.

The robot teaching operation abandons the traditional language editing and programming, adopts simple function module setting and simple human-computer interaction programming mode, the operator does not need to input complex instructions, only needs to teach two points, and sets 1 parameter in the function block, the robot can automatically complete the optimization of the motion trajectory. The robot has interactive flexible grasping function, that is, facing materials of different materials, weights and volumes. The operator only needs to select with one key, and the robot can automatically switch the grasping mode of materials and determine the optimal stamping type without manual repeated adjustment.
