The Red Dot Design Concept Award was co-founded in 2005 by Professor Peter Zack, Chairman of the Red Dot Award, and Qiu Zhijian, Chairman of the Red Dot Award Asia. It has become a vane for many products and the future development of design. The grand prize, with a total of 34 groups, is ranked for various organizations to track and evaluate the exciting and novel design concepts that they have successfully produced over a period of time.
