The core pain point of smart home appliances is "pseudo-intelligence"-replacing simple physical buttons with complex APP operations. The key task of industrial design here is to reduce cognitive load. Multi-modal natural interaction excellent industrial design will predict the user's use of the scene. For example, when the user's hands are covered with oil, voice interaction should be the first choice. When silence is needed in the middle of the night, hovering induction or micro-touch is more appropriate. Designers use material distinctions (such as dimpled touch areas or using different textures) to suggest interaction areas, making the interaction "self-explanatory". The "activated" on the physicalized screen of feedback is far less real than a crisp "click" mechanical sound or a well-tuned linear motor vibration. Through the combination of dynamic effect and physical feedback, industrial design eliminates the user's anxiety about whether the machine is working or not and builds a closed loop of trust.
