Collecting Asia

Books are the embodiment of logic and order, as well as the catharsis of emotion and unreason. This is a "small" book, which is only a little bigger than the palm of your hand; but its content is heavy, and it has written the entire history of the establishment of East Asian collections in the West in the past 100 years. The complexity of the content structure and the author's meticulousness in writing bring great challenges to designers. Therefore, a three-fold design was used on the cover-the first day of the slowly rising, the endless sea of books, coupled with a sub-oil on the surface, increased the delicate touch and soft luster, which is to reflect the unique mystery of the East. The inner page part focuses on structural logic, and uses color and font size to imply its internal relevance.
