With the cooperation of the negative pressure generating device, the airflow sifter generates a precise and sensitive negative pressure air vortex. The vortex drives the powder to rise through the nozzle and collide with the screen cover to remove the agglomerated particles. The powder is re-absorbed by the vortex to the standard test sieve in order of size. The smaller particles pass through the screen and are stored in the negative pressure generator or sample collector, while the larger particles remain on the test screen. In the whole process, the electronic vortex generator controls the three-dimensional movement of powder particles in order of size, and realizes the theory of air jet airflow screening: first grading and then screening. Replace the test sieves with different mesh numbers to screen in turn, and finally get the percentage of powder particle size limit.
