Off-Road Motorcycle Exterior Design | Structural Trade-Offs in Off-Road Scenarios

An off-road vehicle is not as simple as just raising a street car. The off-road scene really tests three things: off-road passability (ground clearance, wheel arch allowance, fender protection), sitting posture and shock absorption adjustment for long-distance riding, and durability and maintainability of parts in sediment environment.

This group of works is the whole case of off-road fun vehicles that we have made for customers of many brands: first, the mass proportion and posture direction are determined from the sludge model, then the curved surface is made to be a grade A surface, the structure is turned to the parting mode and the pipe frame direction, and finally it falls to CMF and mass production follow-up mode. In terms of modeling, we pursue a tough but fluent body language, while leaving enough operating space for handlehands, pedals and bows.
