From the perspective of service design, reach the pain point
At the beginning of the co-creation, we invited Kevin Yang Zhenfu to inspire each group to reach the design pain point from the perspective of service design. Kevin's explanation is based on the change of design thinking, which shows that in recent years, design has gradually changed from user-centered to paying more attention to the relationship between service providers and the overall ecosystem. A single product can only convey single-point contacts such as product function and technological content for us, but service design thinking can help designers obtain more intangible information in the overall service or experience. He inspired the team members: it is not enough for designers to have the thinking ability of concrete products, but also need to combine the use end with the overall ecological support to do balanced design thinking.

Functional Selection of Product Design
In the product group of the second online workshop, we invited enterprise mentors from Cankun Group, Seconds Test and AIRPOP to answer questions for the group members from the aspects of product design such as small household appliances, medical temperature measurement and masks. Based on the technical support that the enterprise may provide, the improvement direction of each group's plan will be further clarified. Enterprise mentors said: products that contain too many types of functions, in order to take into account the performance of various functions, often "general but not precise" in functional performance. In contrast, focusing on certain functions is often for product design. Better choice.
Cankun
Cankun is the largest 3C retail chain in Taiwan, China, and the largest small home appliance production base in the world. With an international research and development team and management team, its products are sold in more than 100 countries and regions in the world. This time we invited Huang Jingfeng Lance, the instructor of Cankun, to Manager the Account of Cankun Group in the Americas and the leader for domestic sales in China. Feishin Lu Yunxin is the head of home product design of Cankun Group, and the two are also responsible for the projects of the new research and development team of Cankun Group.

Seconds Measurement Technology is a technology and production company with complete medical qualifications, focusing on innovation and intelligent hardware research and development, with a professional management and technical team in the industry. This time we invited Liu Chang, the second-second test instructor, and the design director, to have many years of experience in Nokia smartphone interactive design. Wang Dandan, product director, has a unique understanding of user pain point mining and market direction. In the communication design group, we also invited teacher Kevin to guide and help the members. "A clear grasp of the specific population and starting point for service design is the key to better present the functions and highlights of service design products."
Looking for Functions and Highlights of Service Design Products
Tencent's interaction design expert, Mr. Chen Xiaochang, starts from the service design method and guides the students to find the starting point of service design, paying attention to the specific behaviors, feelings and demands of specific user groups. In service design, compared with the description of the product's own experience process and service results, it is more important to start from the source and master the pain points of service design through user research. Positioning the market value of the product
Before the start of the last online workshop, the co-creation members have formed a more perfect co-creation plan. Teacher Zeng Junru, the mentor of the product group, put forward more specific suggestions for the members of the product group from the perspective of landing. The teacher pointed out many detailed problems in the product use steps and product service mode of the group co-creation plan from the aspects of controlling the product technology cost, exploring the special functions of the product, and optimizing the details of the product function. The teacher pointed out: When developing product functions, It is necessary to pay attention to the balance between the introduction of product technology and the production function, but also to pay attention to the most important functional dimensions of the type of product, let the product have an impact on a more important level, so that the product has a higher value.

Looking for Service Design Research Methods
The usual user research methods for service design are user portraits and service journey maps, but common methods often do not fully reflect the user's specific scene or user habits in more detail, resulting in the final program output often with the previous research results in a slight deviation in direction. Faced with such a situation, designers are required to constantly find their own research methods in the design process to make the output of the scheme more accurate and efficient.

Liu Yanliang, David Liu, Tencent's chief designer of public welfare, is committed to connecting public welfare organizations, donors and enterprises through user experience innovation, so that more people can participate in public welfare through multiple forms. David graduated from the University of British Columbia and has more than 15 years of experience design and design management experience in e-commerce, search, information security, education, public welfare and other industries.
After three online workshops, according to the co-creation directions of different groups, and the co-creation instructors who are connected before and after assist and answer questions, each group has promoted its own co-creation plan in an orderly manner. With the joint efforts of the co-creation organizers, instructors and members, the "Healing the Future and 2020 Social Design Co-creation Action" is finally expected to produce 15 groups of product designs, 9 groups of communication designs and 5 groups of service designs, and will meet you at the "2020 Asian Social Design Exhibition" in the near future ~

The "Healing the Future 2020 Social Design Action" was initiated by the Red Dot Design Museum and under the guidance of UNESCO's China National Working Committee on Sustainable Development Education, it was jointly organized by Tencent Public Welfare, Xiaomi, Yanji and several domestic design media, design communities and design colleges.
