This design aims at the pain points such as low transfer efficiency, high safety risk, poor heavy load adaptation and insufficient intelligence in Dazu Wangu Industrial Park, and combines the needs of three types of scenes in the workshop, cross-region and loading and unloading platform to build a modular and reconfigurable intelligent transfer system. The system adopts the three-tier architecture of intelligent scheduling of the multi-function upper module of the universal power chassis, which supports heavy load, fast power exchange, plug and play replacement and multi-machine cooperative operation, and supports multi-terminal interactive interface. It can effectively improve the transfer efficiency, reduce security risks and operation and maintenance costs, and meet the needs of heavy-duty, multi-scenario and scalable logistics transfer in the park.
