The original machine components are integrated into the overall shell to make it unified in style and highlight the overall sense. The oblique and staggered surfaces at the details make it full of layering. The color matching of the body is based on the original light gray, concise and integrated, and conforms to the use environment of medical biological devices.
The internal machine is put in from the rear, and a large area of dark acrylic and gray sheet metal shell are set off against each other, reflecting a calm sense of science and technology. The upper and lower design of the cabinet is unified, ensuring the overall shape has rhythm while reducing the processing difficulty and production cost. The carrier base plate can flexibly fix many different modules for common laboratory utensils: microplate, deep-well plate, filter plate, collection plate or tip stacking rack, etc., minimizing the carrier area and improving space utilization.
Yingsheng immune analyzer can combine the advantages of biochemical sample automatic pretreatment system and fluorescence immunoassay technology. According to the experimental process in the test kit, the liquid treatment system, mechanical arm, storage plate rack, incubation oscillator, plate washer and fluorescence reader are connected online through the system control platform to systematically integrate the experimental process, so that the extraction, qualitative and quantitative determination of the substances to be tested in the sample become a continuous process. It has the characteristics of automatic, multi-function, large throughput and accurate detection, which can significantly improve the detection efficiency of neonatal genetic metabolic diseases such as hypothyroidism, adrenal hyperplasia, G6PD deficiency and PKU, making the detection of clinical samples more efficient and accurate.
