In response to this problem, we redesigned the spool. We designed a card slot on the side of the product to fix the thread ends. At the same time, it can help users find the thread ends faster when using it for the second time. The arc at the top of the card slot can help users to better snap the thread into the card slot. The other side of the product is designed with a broken thread edge. The edge is made of plastic and is small in size. It will not scratch the fingers, but it can cut the thread ends, eliminating the need to take the scissors by hand. The material of the product is ABS, which is processed with secondary recycled plastic, which is more environmentally friendly. The injection molding process is used to form at one time to directly generate the wire slot and knife edge. No need for workers to assemble for the second time, saving manpower and material resources. The square section can prevent the spool from rolling off and is convenient for storage and finishing.
