This is a household shoe dryer that can be stored. Thanks to the split magnetic design, it is small in size and easy to store. At the same time, it solves the problem of thread winding and provides users with a new experience.

The intelligent constant temperature system ensures the safety of baking shoes. The independent heating module forms a thermal cycle in the shoes, which makes the drying faster and more efficient, reduces the growth of bacteria and eliminates peculiar smell, and is not only healthy but also prolongs the service life of shoes.

Existing product problems:
1. Long drying time
2. Can not be one-time drying
3. Wire messy
4. Unable to control temperature

Based on this, we decided to make a product that can solve the above problems and bring a better user experience.

Prototype testing
Through multiple 3D printing and testing, adjust the position and area of the air inlet and outlet holes to obtain the best drying effect.
Different shoe types are tested to simulate different shoe curves and radians to obtain a more suitable shape and size, improve product universality, and ensure that shoes do not deform during drying.

Final Form

We use the form of independent module-double heating wire independent fan, by putting the independent module into the shoe, through the thermal internal circulation to achieve efficient drying.
Advantages:
1. Hot air in the shoe heat cycle, drying time is greatly shortened
2. Multi-angle air outlet, one-time drying the whole shoes

The module and the main body are fixed by magnetic attraction, which is convenient to take and place. The power cord can be easily stored between the module and the host, making the product more integrated.

In addition, the product has timing control, temperature control, ozone sterilization and other functions. The user can control the time (1h, 2h, 4h) and temperature (45 ℃, 55 ℃) through the button, and the machine will automatically open the ozone sterilization mode after drying.
