Trojan horse design helps it to design and create a large precision CNC punch press, which not only breaks through the appearance of the current machine tool, but also brings a more comfortable working environment for workers. The project started in 2010. As a Sino-Japanese joint venture, Miluka Company found a Trojan horse design to cooperate, hoping to design a large CNC punch press that is easy to use and beautiful in appearance. At the beginning of the project, Trojan horse carried out a lot of analysis and summary on the technical patents and structure of this equipment, realized and mastered the core technology of large-scale CNC punch equipment, and carried out a large number of creative designs on this premise. The design was carried out in an orderly manner around the people-oriented customer concept, and after continuous refinement and improvement, this design was realized.

The bed is separated and becomes a separate operation platform to realize the separation of staff and large CNC punching machines and reduce the risk of workers using them. At the same time, the previous open stamping mechanism was changed to a closed processing environment, and the sealing cover was used to isolate it from the outside world to ensure the working environment of workers. When workers need to process and check the parts, they can open the protective cover. When the punch is working, the protective cover falls and closes to prevent iron cutting from splashing out, thus ensuring the lives of the staff to a large extent.
