1. Design Description: Based on a small standardized lithium battery platform, following the principle of user experience and ergonomics theory, the function and shape design of household tools are carried out, and the functions and user groups of household tools are tried to expand. According to the characteristics and needs of home users, develop and design two-in-one household tools for electric drills and vacuuming. The general part provides power supply module and display module, and realizes one machine with multiple functions by replacing different function heads. This scheme designs electric drills and dust collection tools, and can also broaden the product family on this basis, form a series design, and enhance brand recognition and user stickiness. The locking and release of the functional head are realized through complementary structure and elastic buckle. Power supply and circuit signal propagation are realized through metal conductive sheets at the connection site.
2. Design details: display screen: real-time display of product status, guide user operation behavior, reduce the user's sense of strangeness and distance from electric tools. Fingerprint unlocking method, fully consider the home use environment, effectively avoid home children caused by misoperation injury. Electric drill: adds the function of distance measurement and dust receiving. Through the chute, the lower end of the drill bit extends out, and the extended part can collect the dust scattered by drilling holes and avoid pollution to the walls of the family. At the same time, with the deepening of the drilling, the movement of the chute can read the corresponding scale, so that the user can have an intuitive perception of the drilling depth. Dust collection tool: According to the frequency of daily use, it is equipped with 2 brush heads. Through combination, 3 ways of use can be realized. There is a silicone leak-proof sheet at the end of the dust cup. When in use, the leak-proof sheet is opened in a vacuum state, and when not in use, it retracts under the action of elasticity to prevent dust from falling. Toolbox: Aiming at the user's pain points such as too many accessories and complicated storage and arrangement, the toolbox is designed to streamline tool accessories to meet the needs of daily household use.
3, innovation point (1) based on lithium battery platform, general green design. Lithium batteries are used instead of wires to provide environmentally friendly energy for a variety of tools. (2) User-centered, personalized intelligent design. Pay more attention to user experience, start from the characteristics of home users, comprehensively use a variety of design methods, dig deeper into user needs, build a new concept of home tool design, and present a new product experience model for users. (3) Pay attention to ergonomics, harmonious and efficient design. Comprehensive analysis of people's physical characteristics, product design elements and use environment, product structure and shape design, improve product efficiency and comfort, reduce the adverse impact on the environment, in order to achieve the harmonious unity of people, machines and the environment.
4. Technical feasibility and CMF analysis and application. CREO software completed three-dimensional modeling, contacted the factory, carried out CNC processing, made the hand plate model, and finally completed the production of the physical model. The internal structure and the selection of the original are based on the existing technology and modules, and the appearance of the size can be achieved. (1) Color analysis: The body of the existing power tools generally uses heavy colors, and the body and operation buttons are dotted with bright colors with high saturation and high brightness, forming a strong contrast and playing a role of reminding and warning. This kind of color scheme is easy to give people a strong and professional feeling, but it will also enhance the distance between users and products. Therefore, the color of household tools should show a diversified trend of more affinity and fashion while taking into account the sense of professionalism. Combined with the emotional experience brought by brand color and color, it is determined that the product color is mainly black and white, embellishing the brand color aurora green and other auxiliary colors. (2) Material analysis: The shell is made of high-strength engineering plastics, which has good dimensional stability and insulation. Compared with metal, modeling is more convenient and lighter. The inside of the self-locking chuck is made of metal material. The handle part is matte texture, which plays the role of anti-skid and shock absorption. (3) Processing process analysis: According to the selected materials, the shell of the tool is injection molded. This method can process complex curved surfaces and structures with high precision. The surface of the shell is sprayed to make it more durable and presents a variety of textures and colors.
5, market analysis: the use of modular design principles, reduce product development costs, improve design efficiency, shorten the development cycle. A universal power supply module can realize multiple functions as long as different heads are replaced, meeting diversified user needs.
This product can realize one machine with multiple functions, and users can purchase and replace it separately according to the actual situation, which has certain consumption attraction compared with the existing products in the market.
