2017 Successful Design Contest-Western Restaurant of Dongguan Kangdi Hotel

This design project Dongguan Kangdi International Hotel, its distinctive landmark building is known as the "Gate of Dongguan". It has a beautiful environment, superior geographical location, no severe cold in winter, no heat in summer, and in spring and autumn, the sun is abundant but not exposed, and the air is moist and clean... The general principle of the decoration design of this plan is to fully display the unique cultural connotation and operating characteristics of western-style western restaurants, and strive for distinctive and prominent, the best effect of leisure and comfort... The white orchid has an elegant and white appearance and is also the city flower of Dongguan. We define the restaurant as the white orchid restaurant, which extracts sapphire blue from the local "Dream Baihua Island" in Dongguan as the main color of the space.

Entering the restaurant through the reception hall, the entrance introduces the waterscape and plants into the room, which is a symbol of wealth in traditional feng shui. The main color of the space material is high-grade gray. No matter the ground stone is laid on the Buffy platform, the material is harmonious and unified. The large area of high-grade gray creates a sufficiently elegant atmosphere for the sapphire blue space. The sapphire blue art ornaments and furniture are matched with white orchid acrylic light, that is, wealth enriches the color of the whole space.

High-quality reception service, elegant and comfortable space environment, with exquisite tableware, rich dishes, fresh and fragrant taste of food instantly fill the whole taste buds. Food is the most important thing for the people. In the plan, we used many showcase ingredients and clay pots of art, as well as some metal products, combining the simplicity of food culture with the comfortable modern life that people are looking for, combining and echoing each other.

We integrate traditional Chinese culture with modern culture, improve the traditional style, refine it, and remove the cumbersome and new cultural implication of luxury and leisure. In terms of color, we continue the pure color of orchids and the jumping color of local embellishment, fully showing the richness and variety of the whole space.
